LingvoCare is a senior linguist-led translation team based in Spain and registered as an EU translation business.

At the core of our work are Russian and Ukrainian: the languages we know from the inside and the areas where we bring the strongest production expertise. Around this core, we also manage selected multilingual projects through a trusted network of specialist linguists.

Our background

Our work is led by professional linguists with over 15 years of experience in translation, editing, proofreading, localization QA and multilingual project coordination.

Over the years, we have supported international clients, translation agencies and LSPs on legal, medical, technical, IT, UI/UX, marketing and corporate content. This experience helps us understand not only the text, but also the workflow behind it: style guides, terminology, CAT tools, QA checks, client feedback and delivery requirements.

We are a small team by design. This allows us to stay close to the work, keep communication direct and make sure linguistic decisions are handled by people who understand the content.

For Russian and Ukrainian, our senior in-house expertise covers the full production cycle: translation, editing, proofreading, bilingual revision, LQA, terminology checks, consistency review and final linguistic QA.

For selected multilingual projects, we coordinate trusted linguists from our vetted network and keep quality control centralized through a senior linguist-led process.
