LingvoCare is a senior linguist-led vendor team for translation agencies, LSPs, and localization teams that need reliable Russian, Ukrainian, and selected multilingual support.

Our core strength is Russian and Ukrainian. The in-house work is handled by senior native linguists with 15+ years of experience across legal, medical, technical, IT, financial, corporate, and marketing content.

For agencies, we support the full linguistic workflow: translation, editing, proofreading, bilingual revision, LQA, LSO, terminology checks, consistency review, and final linguistic QA. We are used to working with CAT tools, client instructions, scorecards, terminology assets, feedback cycles, and tight production schedules

For selected multilingual projects, LingvoCare works with a vetted network of professional linguists. We manage the process directly: linguist selection, briefing, communication, quality checks, delivery, and final linguistic sign-off. The point is not to list as many languages as possible, but to provide controlled, accountable support where we can maintain quality.

We are based in Spain and operate as a legally registered translation business. Projects are handled under NDA, with clear communication, realistic deadlines, controlled access to client materials, and responsibility for the final deliverable.

Workflow & tools

We work with common CAT and localization tools, including Trados Studio, memoQ, Phrase, Xbench, Crowdin, and client-specific platforms. We are used to handling translation memories, glossaries, style guides, QA checks, scorecards, client feedback, and structured review workflows.

Extended vetted network

Selected European, Asian, and Middle Eastern languages are available for multilingual projects, subject to linguist availability, subject-matter fit, and quality control requirements.

For agencies, this provides additional language capacity through one accountable vendor, with LingvoCare handling coordination, communication, QA steps, and final delivery.
